Graduation season and Hometown Fest
Palatine's calendar has a clear rhythm in early summer: graduation parties, then the Palatine Jaycees Hometown Fest with its parade, carnival and fireworks at Community Park over the Fourth of July weekend. Many families host backyard open houses around those dates.
For graduations we like school-color garlands on a round LED panel with a personalized sign showing the graduate's name and year. A Classic Arch Setup from $300 covers that, and it photographs well outdoors or in a garage turned party space.
Park district rooms for kids' parties and showers
The Palatine Park District rents party rooms at its Community Center and Birchwood Recreation Center, a practical choice for first birthdays and baby showers. These rooms are simple spaces, so the backdrop does the decorating.
We keep the footprint compact: one or two panels, a garland with matte and pearl balloons, and a pedestal for the cake. The Signature Arch Setup from $600 adds faux floral accents and a second panel if you want a fuller look.
Downtown pubs and large banquet halls
Downtown Palatine near the Metra station has restaurants with private and semi-private rooms, a good fit for engagement and birthday parties. Larger celebrations often move to banquet halls with big ballrooms.
For those, a Grand Arch Installation from $900 adds layered panels, a neon sign and premium garlands sized for a stage or sweetheart table.
