Event decor designed right here in Schaumburg

Every Oxalia setup starts in Schaumburg. Oksana plans the colors, builds the organic balloon garland and loads the arch panels, pedestals and signs herself, so a party in your own village is the shortest trip we make. That makes it easier to talk through details in person, adjust a palette, or match a cake and invitation before the day.

Schaumburg celebrations come in every size: a family first birthday in a Weathersfield living room, a baby shower in a restaurant private room near Woodfield, or a company holiday party in a hotel ballroom. A single chiara or round LED panel with a matte and chrome garland fits a home or party room, while a layered backdrop suits a ballroom.

Party rooms, restaurants and hotel ballrooms

Many local families book a Schaumburg Park District room for kids' parties, where space is planned around tables and a short rental window. A compact Classic Arch Setup from $300 works well there: one panel, one garland and a clear photo spot that goes up and comes down neatly.

For showers and christenings in a restaurant private room, the Signature Arch Setup from $600 adds a second panel, faux floral accents and personalized signage. Large ballrooms with high ceilings can carry a Grand Arch Installation from $900, with three or more panels, neon and premium garlands.

Seasons and photo moments in the village

Late summer brings Septemberfest, Schaumburg's Labor Day festival at the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Campus, and many families plan graduation and back-to-school parties around it. Spring and early fall are popular for backyard first birthdays and gender reveals.

Whatever the season, we build the backdrop so it photographs well on a phone: a clean panel, a garland that wraps one corner, and room for the guest of honor to stand in front.
