Backdrops scaled for Orland Park ballrooms
Orland Park has several large banquet ballrooms, the kind with tall ceilings, wide dance floors and room for a few hundred guests. In a space like that, a single small arch can get lost. For showers, milestone birthdays and engagement parties in a ballroom, we often suggest the Grand Arch Installation from $900: three or more panels at different heights, layered backdrops, a premium balloon garland and custom theming that reads from the back of the room.
If your venue already includes a feature wall, we can design around it so the colors and shapes complement what is there instead of competing with it.
Home parties and village spaces
Not every Orland Park event needs a ballroom. Many first birthdays and baby showers happen at home or in a rented room at the Orland Park Civic Center near the Village Center, where the Taste of Orland Park takes place each summer. For those, the Signature Arch Setup from $600 with two panels and faux floral accents is a good fit, and a neon sign or white pedestals add height for the cake.
Getting your Orland Park quote
Send us your date, venue and colors, plus the room size or a photo. Oksana designs the setup, delivers it from Schaumburg and installs it herself. If the venue sets load-in windows, share them and we will plan around them.
