Turning a rented room into a party space
Community center rooms in Bolingbrook are practical and affordable, with tables, chairs and a kitchen, but the walls are usually plain. That is exactly where a photo backdrop makes the biggest difference. One arch panel with an organic balloon garland behind the cake table gives the room a clear focus and gives guests a place for pictures.
Because rooms are rented for set hours, we plan the install with you around your rental window.
Clubhouse ballrooms and hotel event spaces
For bigger occasions such as a christening lunch, a bridal shower or a holiday party, families often book a ballroom at the golf clubhouse or a hotel event room. These spaces suit a Signature or Grand setup: two or three panels, chrome and pearl balloons, faux floral accents and custom signage that matches your invitations.
We keep the design in proportion to the room, so it looks intentional rather than crowded.
Birthdays for a family-oriented village
Bolingbrook is a village of young families, which means plenty of first birthdays, kids' parties and baby showers. Many families also combine a pool party at Pelican Harbor with a celebration at home afterward. A garland across the living room wall or a freestanding arch in the backyard works well for that second part of the day.
Oksana designs, delivers and installs each setup herself, matching colors to your theme.
