Kids' birthdays at Oak Lawn park district rooms

The Oak Lawn Park District rents party rooms at places like the Community Pavilion and Oak View Center, and they are popular for kids' birthdays. These rooms are practical but plain, with block walls and folding tables. A balloon garland on a single arch panel, with a printed toile panel or a cutout standee of the birthday theme, turns one corner into a photo backdrop. Since these rentals are booked by the hour, tell us your time slot and we will plan setup around it.

Our Classic Arch Setup from $300 suits most park district rooms. For a first birthday with a bigger family crowd, the Signature setup from $600 adds a second panel and faux florals.

Showers and milestones in ballrooms and restaurants

For baby showers, bridal showers and milestone birthdays, many hosts book a hotel ballroom or a restaurant banquet room along 95th Street or 103rd Street. In a larger room, a layered backdrop with two or three panels, a pearl and chrome garland and a neon sign gives the head table or gift area a finished look.

Oak Lawn Balloon Decor FAQ

Do you deliver balloon decor to Oak Lawn?

Yes. Oak Lawn is about 28 miles from our Schaumburg base and within our roughly 40-mile service area. Oksana delivers, installs the full setup on site and can return for teardown if it is included in your quote.

Can you decorate a kids' party at an Oak Lawn park district room?

Yes. We bring a freestanding backdrop that does not need to be attached to the walls, which works well in rented party rooms. Let us know your rental window so we can plan setup and teardown within your reserved time.

Do you decorate baby showers in hotel ballrooms in Oak Lawn?

Yes. Ballrooms suit our Signature and Grand setups, with multiple panels, layered garlands and personalized signage. Share the venue's decor and load-in rules, and we will plan the backdrop around them.

How do I get a quote?

Use the Get a Quote form on oxaliaevents.com or call (224) 222-0075. Include your date, venue, guest count and colors, and a photo of the room if you have one. Oksana will reply with a design suggestion and price.

Do you coordinate with the venue or restaurant?

Yes. Once you book, we contact your venue or restaurant directly to confirm load-in times, setup rules and pickup, so you don’t have to manage the details.

Do you pick up the decor after the event?
