Made for Cicero's banquet hall parties
In Cicero, a big birthday or a bautizo often means a rented hall, a DJ, a long buffet and a dance floor. Halls like these usually come with lighting and linens, so the decor that makes the night feel personal is the backdrop behind the head table or cake. A layered balloon garland across two or three arch panels, with a neon sign or the guest of honor's name, gives the room a focal point and gives every family group a place to take pictures.
For quinceañeras and larger receptions, the Grand Arch Installation from $900 adds extra panels, layered backdrops and custom theming. For a first birthday in a smaller party room, the Signature Arch Setup from $600 usually fills the wall nicely.
A town with a long celebration habit
Cicero has hosted Houby Fest every fall for decades, a nod to the Czech and Slovak families who built the town, and today its large Mexican-American community keeps the tradition of big gatherings going. Many homes are brick bungalows and two-flats with compact living rooms, so for house parties we often suggest a single panel with a garland that sits against one wall without blocking walkways.
Colors, themes and planning
Tell us the colors of the dress, the cake or the party theme, and Oksana will match balloon shades in matte, chrome or pearl finishes. Send the date, venue and a photo of the space, and we will come back with a design and a quote. Every setup is delivered and installed by Oksana herself.
