Lilac-inspired palettes
Lombard's lilacs are part of its identity. Lilac Time fills Lilacia Park with blooms for the first few weeks of May, and spring showers here often borrow that palette: lavender, lilac, pearl white and soft green.
We can build an organic garland in those tones over a chiara or round panel, with faux florals and a name sign, for a baby shower or bridal shower that feels like the season.
Scale for big ballrooms
Some of Lombard's event rooms hold hundreds of guests, from banquet halls on Butterfield Road to hotel ballrooms near Yorktown Center. In a room that size, a single arch can look small. A Grand Arch Installation from $900, with three or more panels, layered backdrops and premium garlands, gives the room a clear focal point behind a head table or at the entrance.
For corporate and holiday parties, we can work in company colors or a seasonal theme.
Smaller parties close to home
Not every celebration needs a ballroom. The Lombard Park District rents spaces like the Community Building in Lombard Common and the building by the Lombard Lagoon, which suit first birthdays and family gatherings.
For these rooms, a Classic Arch Setup from $300, one panel with an organic garland, gives you a photo backdrop without crowding the space. For summer birthdays, park district picnic shelters work too, since a freestanding frame doesn't need a wall.
