From air station to parks and backyards
Much of The Glen was built on the grounds of the former Naval Air Station Glenview, and today it has homes, shops and Gallery Park with its lake and walking paths. Families here often host birthdays in the backyard in summer and move indoors when the weather turns.
For outdoor parties we use weighted bases and garlands built for open air, and we will tell you honestly when heat or wind makes a shaded or indoor spot a better choice for the balloons.
Farm parties, museum parties, clubhouse showers
Glenview has party settings you do not find everywhere: Historic Wagner Farm with its barns and wagon rides, the Kohl Children's Museum for young kids, and golf clubhouses with tall windows for showers and christening luncheons.
A farm birthday looks good with a matte garland in earthy tones and a printed toile panel. A clubhouse ballroom calls for a Signature or Grand setup with chrome or pearl balloons and faux floral accents.
Planning your Glenview event
Oksana designs, delivers and installs every setup in person. Before quoting, we ask about the room, the guest count and the venue's decor policy, since some spaces have rules about balloons or setup times.
Classic setups start at $300, Signature at $600 and Grand installations at $900. The final price depends on size and details. A one-panel Classic setup suits most living rooms and park district rooms, while clubhouse ballrooms usually call for more.
